The hotel is like a cozy cottage, very clean with a nice balcony in a great location. The rooms had a fridge and microwave, which I always enjoy, but they were a bit stuffy and hot upon arrival. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when booking whale tours. The location is superb, close to everything the city has to offer, with the friendliest staff. The dining experience could be improved as the breakfast was buffet style and not ideal. The facilities were basic but satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was good for walking to the dock and the attached restaurant was a pleasant surprise. However, the room had several issues, and the service lacked daily cleaning. The dining options were better than expected, and the facilities were decent.

The room was really warm for us, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The bed wasn't great, the AC didn't work properly, and the view was disappointing with power lines and a highway in sight. The ceiling fan was noisy, floors were dirty on arrival, and the fridge ruined our food.

The chalet room behind the main hotel was a bit stuffy and hot upon arrival but turned out to be the best room available with easy parking right in front of the entry. The room was clean, well-appointed, and spacious, making parking hassle-free. The service was commendable, especially assisting us after hours and booking whale tours at night. Despite no daily cleaning service, they were helpful in providing fresh towels. The location was superb for exploring Tadoussac, with easy access to various attractions and amenities like the cruise boat ticket office, restaurants, and a bakery. The dining experience, while limited in choices, offered a full buffet for a reasonable price. Overall, a great value for money option with friendly staff and convenient facilities.
